ARTERE PULMONAIRE GAUCHE RETROTRACHEALE: A PROPOS D’UN CAS

Résumé L’artère pulmonaire gauche rétrotrachéale est caractérisée par une artère pulmonaire gauche aberrante qui naît de l’artère pulmonaire droite se prolonge par la face postérieure de la trachée et rejoint le hile gauche en passant entre la trachée et l’œsophage. C’est une malformation congénitale rare. Les symptômes sont présents dès la naissance chez environ 50 % des patients. Nous rapportons un cas chez un nouveauné de sexe masculin, noir africain. RETROTRACHEAL LEFT PULMONARY ARTERY: A CASE REPORT Summary Retrotracheal left pulmonary artery characterized by an aberrant left pulmonary artery arising from the right pulmonary artery extending through the posterior aspect of the trachea and joining the left hilum passing between the trachea and the esophagus. It is a rare congenital malformation. Symptoms are present at birth in about 50% of patients. We report a case in a newborn male, black African.
