Contribution à l’étude chimique d’une Fabaceae : Indigofera capitata Kostchy

Résumé

Le screening chimique effectué sur les fleurs de Indigofera capitata a montré la présence de : flavonoïde, tannins, terpènes, saponosides et quinones. Les tests d’identification des grandes familles de drogues se sont avérés négatifs. Deux flavonoïdes : la rutine (3,3’,4’, 5,7 pentahydroxy-2-phenylchromen-4-one)  et le kaempferol -3-O-rutinoside  ont été isolées des fleurs de  Indigofera capitata Kostchy.Les structures ont été déterminé par UV, spectre de masse (LC/MS), RMN H1 et H13.

ABSTRACT

The chemical screening made on the flowers of Indigofera capitata showed the presence of: flavonoïde, tannins, terpenes, saponosides and quinones. The tests of identification of the big families of drugs turned out negative. Flavonoïdes two: the rutine (3,3 ', 4 ', 5,7 pentahydroxy-2-phenylchromen-4-one) and the kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside were isolated the flowers of Indigofera capitata Kostchy.
