LE NIAOULE ET SON BASSIN : ETUDE HYDROLOGIQUE

Résumé

Cette étude hydrologique analyse les facteurs de l’écoulement dans le bassin du Niaoulé, facteurs qui déterminent les modalités de l’écoulement fluvial. Celles-ci sont analysées à travers le régime moyen et sa variabilité et l’écoulement journalier. L’analyse montre que malgré une pluviométrie relativement abondante (environ 800 mm/an), l’écoulement connait des débits très faibles avec plusieurs mois, dans l’année hydrologique, qui enregistrent un nombre très important de jours marqués par l’arrêt total de l’écoulement, témoin de la sévérité des étiages.

Abstract:

This hydrological study analyzes the factors of the flow in the Niaoulé basin, factors which determine the modalities of the fluvial flow. These modalities are analyzed through the average rate of flow and its variability and daily flow. The analysis shows that in spite of a relatively abundant rainfall (approximately 800 mm/an), the rate of flow is very low, with several months in the hydrological year with an important number of days marked by the total stopping of the flow, as an evidence of the severity of the low water.
