INÉGALITÉS, DÉRIVES CONFLICTUELLES ET DÉGÉNÉRESCENCES SOCIOÉCONOMIQUES AU CONGO DE 2005 À 2017

Résumé

Cette recherche a pour objet de mettre en évidence le lien entre
inégalités d’une part, conflits et dégénérescences socioéconomiques et
politiques au Congo d’autre part. A travers la théorie des jeux et
méthodes d’aide à la décision, on montre que ce lien n’est pas
mécanique du fait de l’inexistence d’un équilibre de Nash en stratégies
dominantes et pures. Le graphe d’incidences construit montre que la
mauvaise qualité des institutions fragilise les choix politiques,
aggravent les inégalités et fragilisent les liens socioéconomiques et
politiques qui, en filigrane, enclenchent les conflits qui sont
défavorables aux capitaux (humains, sociaux, naturels, économiques
financiers, etc.) dans leur détermination de la croissance et du
développement. La stabilité des institutions avec des règles du jeu
équitables et, le relèvement des défis des inégalités et de gestion de la
diversité semblent porteurs d’une justice sociale favorable à un
équilibre de Nash, synonyme d’une paix durable.

Abstract
This research aims to highlight the link between inequalities and socioeconomic
and political conflicts and degenerations in Congo. Through
the theory of games and methods of decision aid, it is shown that this
link is not mechanical because of the absence of a Nash equilibrium in
dominant and pure strategies. The impact graph built shows that the
poor quality of institutions weakens political choices, aggravates 

inequalities and weakens the socio-economic and political links that
lead to conflicts that are unfavorable to capital (human, social, natural,
economic and financial), etc.) in their determination of growth and
development. The stability of institutions with a level playing field and
the recovery of the challenges of inequality and the management of
diversity seem to bring social justice for a Nash equilibrium,
synonymous with lasting peace.
